The prominent institutions that we exposed weren't happy about being linked to these folks, but facts are facts. Two weeks later, with the institutions already pulling their money out, Mercer abruptly stepped down from the hedge fund, sold his stake in Breitbart, and completely disassociated himself from Milo. And the purveyors of some of the most vile and bigoted content on the internet lost a major source of their funding. The stakes are even higher in 2018. Will Trump ever be held accountable? What happens next year will determine the answer.
