In 1974 he did a series of "star face" masks for Vogue featuring the visages of actresses like Marilyn Monroe, Marlene Dietrich, and Greta Garbo. Now his estate is offering a limited edition run of two of the "star face" masks—Liz Taylor and Marilyn Monroe—through the Met shop. Read more about the exhibition here.
